Did not like the personal loan service

I did not enjoy banking with BDIV bank. The personal loan service is somehow not up to my expectations. I try very hard to keep up with the tiresome interest rate charged by this bank on my personal savings account. The home loan service is also not good and has a rate of interest that I don’t quite like. Overall mediocre experience banking at this bank and wouldn’t recommend everyone to use this bank.
