How Reviews Work

Consumers submit written reviews of their banking experiences through the BankQuality platform. Each review is assessed by the BankQuality editorial team, typically within one working day of submission. Verified reviews are published on the institution's BankQuality profile page, where they contribute to an aggregated rating score that is updated continuously as new reviews are added.
Registration on BankQuality is required to submit a review. Registration is free and can be completed in minutes. Requiring registration helps the platform maintain review authenticity standards, as each review is linked to a verified user account.
The BankQuality editorial team typically processes and responds to submitted reviews within one working day. Reviews that meet the platform's authenticity and content standards are published on the relevant institution's profile. The review and rating submission facility is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
BankQuality takes negative reviews seriously. When consumers submit complaints about a financial institution, the BankQuality team reviews the content and, where appropriate, engages with the institution to communicate the consumer's concern and seek a resolution. This institutional engagement is one of BankQuality's core functions as a consumer advocacy platform.
