Can do better by improving the registration process

I tried registering for personal loan savings in BDIV through the online application form they had on their website. The application process is somewhat long and I kinda felt like it was complicated, even though it was divided into three steps, and the second and the third step which required me to select the product and services, and then register required me to fill the documents which are very difficult to arrange. Finally, after a lot of running around, I was able to register. The rest is all okay. But the bank needs to better its registration process.
