Rubbish - Next to no customer support, keep blocking transfers

Absolute joke, they keep asking for documents and block transfers which is disrupting my business. When I sit down to make payments etc, a task that would typically take 1 hour takes a full day as i have to keep contacting then through a messenger for which I get very slow responses, like 1 hour per response. There is no telephone contact number. Absolute joke, what makes it worse is that I pay a monthly fee to them
