No response on customer care

Fifth Third’s customer service is a disaster. I called the bank to make a payment as they locked me out of my own account and gave no valid reason. I was on hold for 1.5 hours and they hung up the call. That payment was very necessary for me. Once a representative picked up the call and answered me rudely that they don’t take any responsibility for locked accounts. I am disgusted with their behaviour.
