TD bank is very shady

I recently opened a TD bank account and within the first 2months of having the account, I had to go to the bank about 15 times, waiting a few hours each time so that they can resolve the issues that were no fault of my own. I get no notification for the purchases I make and they don’t even show up in the transactions and the bank even charges me a fee when the payments get late. What a way to steal from customers. I hate this bank, absolutely disgusting services.
