After the start of my first account in 2008, I have had several funds with the Bank of America. To date, all charges are in service and have always worked precisely as advertised. They've never taken their website down. There have never been any purchases (plastic wallets, electronic payments, checks, etc.). BoA is quick to settle false claims. Staff members across various departments I've visited in those years have been both welcoming and competent. I know I'm a tough rater, but I can't even think about anything else that I like. In those years of 100% proven durability, I have developed a great deal of trust in the bank.
