23 years of amazing service
Since I returned to the US in 1993 I have been a member of Bank of America. The branch near me in Tampa, Florida was small at that time and when I walked in I was always greeted by name. When moving to three other states I continued to be a customer. I don't have a current branch nearby, so if I need to contact, I'm mostly dealing with phone. I use my iPhone to do everything online, pay bills, deposit checks and I'm careful to monitor my account online. I will keep using Bank of America as I have been pleased with the relationship for many years.
