I would not advise you to use this bank.

I wouldn't advise anyone to use the Royal bank of Scotland. From my personal experience, their actual intent is to mislead you. Absolutely awful assistance. To eliminate late fees that were on the account as a result of their system malfunction, it took 3 hours on the phone. They haven't even shown any regret for merely reducing 2 of the 5 costs. Definitely a criminal enterprise.
