My tt experience with stanchart

Stanchart Singapore same day zero fee transfer service from sgd to gbp offered a slightly better rate than the usual tt service company I used. It turned out to be the biggest waste of time ever. Seven text messages: first came a set saying my transactions of adding payee was successful, my transaction was successful, then another to say it was unsuccessful. I tried adding a different payee. So came the next set of messages like the ones above. Finally the last one to say I will be contacted for further verification. There was nothing in my experience which supports the claim of their same day delivery of funds. They have deducted the sum of money in the second transaction but have yet released funds.
