My online services have been suspended for 30 to 60 days.

My account is currently being reviewed, and PNC informed me that I can only access my funds through a branch, not online. However, I was not notified in advance and only found out when I was unexpectedly locked out of my account, without receiving any prior notice. This situation poses a challenge for me since I am disabled and lack transportation, and have no family members nearby who can assist me. I'm wondering if PNC provides any accommodations for disabled individuals in similar circumstances.
