Please Don't Waste Time Here

I opted for PNC bank's loan services as they had the lowest interest rates, but it was a mistake. Their website is a complete mess; once you begin setting up an account, it becomes ridiculously complicated and appears to have been created by a freshman computer science student. It requires three different emails which were not delivered on time and you may blame your internet connection but the bank's website was to blame for the delay in email generation. PNC needs to hire a better UX team and focus on their technology to bring a modern and intuitive online experience to its customers. I am seriously considering shopping around to pay off PNC and moving to another provider.
