Worst experience in my life

Giving a one star as there is no option to put a big fat ZERO instead. It's a joke in the name of a bank. We had raised a complaint for a mistake made by an employee of the Nagampadom branch as she gave misleading information in written format. The complaint was thereafter forwarded to the Reginal office. The chief manager from the Regional office in Kottayam Mr. Rajeev R S will scream at you if you approach him. He has anger issues and no value or respect for female clients. He is not fit for a Customer facing role as he does not know how to speak itself. He will argue like lost cause and then go hide in some room till the customer leaves. In his absence, his senior, Mr. Saju was apologizing to us on his behalf. The team at the Kottayam regional office is extremely unprofessional. They will mock you and give no value to the mental and financial trauma they put you through. The issue is that they do not have to face any repercussions even from the main branch at Thrissur so they get away with anything. In fact even in their response to a written complaint, they will not accept them mistake made by the bank. There is no sense of accountability for what they convey to the client. Ultimately they will cover up the bank employee who made the mistake and only the customer has to pay for it. We have dealt with other banks in India and abroad, never faced anything as unprofessional as this. Steer clear from them. There are better financial institutions who will consider your complaint and help you with a fair solution.
