Not the way to treat a foreigner

I accidentally put my French card into the ATM, which was swallowed it. The obligation director saw and told me it wasn't in the machine and afterward vanished. She was impolite and spur of the moment and treated me like I was a numbskull. On the off chance that this had been my solitary methods for getting money while I was in the UK, I would have been completely screwed. I needed to request to leave my number and was told by another representative that he didn't have a clue whether they would ring me. The administrator needs some retraining in client relations. I was over and again told they wouldn't give me the card back. I don't have the foggiest idea of why the machine gulped it. Shocking experience. The chief rang back to reveal to me the card wasn't in the machine so God just comprehends what has befallen it
