If all Santander's employees were as lovely, competent, and highly qualified

To echo much of what had been saying before, Santander locked up my account, which was incredibly stressful, mainly when I was abroad! When the telephone was answered, I found that the representative was unfriendly and positively obstructive. Upon returning to the United Kingdom, I was all set to close my account, but I encountered an excellent cashier at the Wood Green branch, who regained much of my trust in the company! If all Santander's employees were as lovely, competent, and highly qualified as her, I do not doubt that Santander will have millions of happy customers!
