Frustrated with the bank.

I can't take it now, despite having been a Citigold client since 2000. In recent years coping with the customer support offered by this bank has been increasingly irritating. Everything this bank improves the customer service or services, in reality, everything they do appears to make it harder for the client. For this Trust, it stands for nothing. I've found myself constantly circling for things to be processed, ignoring, or mismanaging emails and my relationship manager doesn't seem to care about. I have now dropped below the minimum Citigold threshold and will, therefore, be charged a monthly maintenance fee which I refuse to pay. After several years of being a faithful but disappointed customer, I eventually wanted to step on from this incompetence!
