Avoid at all costs. If I could, I'd give 0 Ratings. I was a customer for more than four years until they began to shut me out of my accounts/funds for no reason at all. Support from the phone line was ineffective and was unable to diagnose the problem. And when I tried to close my account, after several attempts to chase, I could not obtain a check on my funds.
