Good policy, yet bad service

Their policy and its coverage are decent. What I hate is the long queues, and they have no special counter for customers. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my turn, but the agent's priority was to file submissions not to hear my plea. Also, I sent an email, regarding such issues and my claim, I received the reply 3 weeks earlier, stating that they couldn't help because of month-end. I mean if I get into an accident in the month-end, they won't be able to cover me? Customers should avoid going in the month-end.
