I don’t know why so many people have given bad reviews to Citibank. I have an account in this bank since last 3 years and I am quite satisfied with its services. This bank offers amazing phone banking services for both the Android and IOS. Internet banking and customer services are also good and hassle-free. `I can say that the bank and its services both are amazing.
