If there is an option to offer the '0' discount, I would have given it. My UPI transaction failed due to the technical problem of IndusInd Bank and is not credited back to my bank account. When contacted, the bank employee said that they have no responsibility for UPI transactions as per the RBI guidelines. Customer service figures are not involved, and the premium figure is always busy. So I contacted them by email 3 times, and each time they offered different reasons to deny the complaint. The most recent thing was that I did not use the registered email ID to make a complaint. I've been clueless about the money for five days.
