Unprofessional staff members!

It has been more than 2 years that I am holding HDFC debit card, all of sudden I needed a credit card and as I already had HDFC debit card, so I applied for HDFC credit card, they took all my documents, and they assigned a fresher for me to process the application, that fresher didn't even know which all documents to take from me, so eventually he was asking for all unnecessary documents, it has been 27 days and now they told me that our fresher submitted your wrong documents, hence we rejected your application. Now that fresher kept his phone switched off, such a pathetic service towards customer.
