After numerous telephone calls I find out my new b

After numerous telephone calls I find out my new bank card had been sent to CBA, a mere 8 hours from where I live, because the account was opened there 9 years ago, despite you having my correct address. After waiting 5 days, I finally managed to pick this up from a nearby branch which I found out you have not sent me a PIN number and I have to wait another 5 working days! Oh joy, it's payday tomorrow and other than going to a branch, which is not convenient when you work full time, I have no way of accessing my money, despite checking that all would be available by the time I got paid!! I think we may be reverting back to ANZ very shortly, in 15 years I never had one problem with them! A VERY unhappy customer to say the least. Please provide an address so that a letter of complaint can be sent!
