Customer service is good!

I have a salary account with IndusInd bank. I lost my debit card a year ago and had it replaced. First time it was delivered to wrong person and that person misused the card though it was just a tiny amount and I was at fault when I did not hotlist the card. Second time it reached me on time. I discontinued my mobile number registered with the bank. So I went to the branch to have it updated. It took almost 4 days to get it done. But they updated my number incorrectly as a result of their typo error. I called customer care and also wrote and email to them. It took another 3 working days to get it corrected. They need some improvement but overall services are good

Not so satisfied with the Bank

Phone Banking - its phone banking is very good it loads very fast. Its user interface is also is good. It's very easy to use. But sometimes it stops and shows it's not working. Atm Availability - its atm is not available only in certain cities its atm available. Internet Banking - internet banking is good and very easy to use. You can use it anywhere you want. Customers Service - in this section IndusInd is not doing well not giving high-quality service to the customer.
