Worst customer services!

The possibility to talk to customer service representative is so delayed that it would take you a lot of time to figure it out. The staffs are also so dumb and stupid that they will eat up half of your time to understand your problem. And, if they finally understand the problem, they would be act really helpless. In short, don't accept that your problems would be solved, better don't make that an hour call.

Irresponsible with their customer.

I am using IDBI bank since last 4 years. But, now I am totally fed up with this bank. I opened my saving account in this bank as a minor user. After some time, they blocked my ATM card without any notification. Next day, I went to the bank and they told me to submit a birth certificate to activate my card again. After a while, I deposited 15,000 INR in my account but after 1 month I was shocked after seeing my balance in my account which was only 12000 INR. 3000 INR was deducted from my account for some charges and I am not familiar with them. I asked regarding this with bank executives and they tried to ignore me. After 30 minutes, they told me that your account has blocked and you can’t withdraw money. They asked me to go to out headquarter, they will resolve this issue we can’t help you. Never trust them!
