Customer service is not good!

About a day I tried customer service and made many calls. Everyone in phone banking is trying to escape, which is the bad part and they keep transferring the calls to the other department. So, I decided to close my account with Bank Of Queensland Limited. I suggest going to another bank and choosing wise.
