Most disgusting and pathetic experience ever

This has been the most disgusting and pathetic experience ever. I applied for a credit card last month. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. All of a sudden i received a phone call from the bank staff, Shreedhar, and he tells me that the application has been declined because the area you live in is not serviceable by Bank Mandiri. What is wrong with you people? If this was the case then why did your staff entered my application in the first place. Already have registered a complaint at the consumer board and will be filing a law suite in the coming month.

Wrong debit card

I applied for a coral debit card through a employee at the Jubilee Hills Branch and he doesn't know how to do his job and gave the wrong information to customers. He is unfit for the job. When i went to the bank to collect the debit card which i applied. I received a different debit card which i did not apply. And than i told him that i received a wrong card. Than this person replied sorry sir its my mistake i applied a wrong card we will rectify it. Than i waited for for two days and again i asked the person that procedure for the card has began but it isn't and than i went to the branch asked for him he is hiding at that particular hours and i asked hi senior employee that what happens to it. He said he will take care of it.

No acknowledgement

Waiting for almost a month my car grant back after full settlement. Despite making various phone calls & emails, still nothing. Not even a single acknowledgement to say the request is being looked at.I've PMed via FB as well, took all my details, but here I am, still waiting for a feedback. This will probably the last time will ever bank with Bank Mandiri. Highly recommend others to look elsewhere as well.

No customer service

My husband and I have tried to call in about 4 times tonight. Over 20mins each time but to no avail. We have been long term customers and would like to further appeal for waiver of our credit card fees. It is disappointing if we can't even speak to anyone over the phone and get a rejection over sms. Does the bank still value customers' loyalty?

Unpleasant call centre

I had a query about Bank Mandiri bonds that we had purchased some years ago. i first visited the nearest branch which was unable to help, so i called your call centre. I have never encountered a more curt and aggressive customer relations officer. She refused to transfer me to any one else, as she is the floor supervisor ! She was so unpleasant, it was worse than dealing with a government employee. It seems to me that you people are nice until you get a customer. I need additional information which i certainly didn't want to trouble your Ms Fathima with any more, so how do i get a decent, polite person to give me clear answers?

Travel Card problem

I had taken an Bank Mandiri Travel Card for my Europe trip in September. During my trip I received an email on 27 September 2015 stating that there will be a system update from 00:00 on 28-09-2015 to 20:00 on 30-09-2015 and during this time the travel card will not function. This put me in a lot of trouble as I had no time to withdraw my money from the ATM and was stuck in a foreign land without money. How can Bank Mandiri be so irresponsible in such a huge matter? There was no prior communication regarding the system update and within minutes the travel card stopped working. I faced many problems as I could not use my travel card to make POS payments or withdraw cash from the ATM. My entire trip got spoilt because of this issue. I am really disappointed with Bank Mandiri’s services. I had sent a complaint via the website and after submitting it I got a message saying that someone would respond within 48 hours. But i have not received any reply till now. In all fairness I think someone should look into this matter with utmost importance and provide appropriate compensation for the troubles I had to face because of this huge negligence from Bank Mandiri.

Completely disgusted with Bank Mandiri today.

Completely disgusted with Bank Mandiri today. Without notice my account was frozen for "fraud prevention". I contacted your "customer services" to be told this could only be resolved in branch. You have left my 3 children (one is disabled) and myself WITHOUT ANY ACCESS to money. And Ive been told "sorry we can't do anything". Complete and total rubbish. I've been with this bank for 7 years. I even have a business with you. Completely and totally disgusting, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
