Absolute joke

Never have I known it to be so difficult to make a credit card payment. An absolute joke. I can't make a payment over the phone and neither can I make a payment in a branch at the weekend. Your very 'helpful' (and I use the term loosely) staff informed me that I may only make a payment during weekday working hours.. Very convenient for those of us which work! If there is a late payment charge on Monday I will be absolutely fuming. Terrible customer service! Definitely not worth bothering with as a bank.

Too many cards

I keep getting fraud on my account. This is the third time it has happened. I have been re-issued cards so many times, you guys have lost my cards, sent me the incorrect cards, lock my account, and take forever to refund my money. Who is going to contact me to fix this because I have spent months dealing with this in branch and by phone with low level support and it hasn't been fixed. Please contact me or we will be switching banks very shortly.
