BDO is user friendly and works well

I am satisfied with my recent experiences with BDO. I can easily transfer money to Co-BDO bank users and pay bills of ease without visiting the bank. Also, I can also load my phone without going to convenient stores.

Best bank for me

BDO Naga Branch has been my bank for 5 years now and I'm a happy customer here. Their online banking is what I love about them as I no longer have to endure long lines especially during busy days. I can do almost everything from fund transfer, bills payment, sending money and even my prepaid mobile load. It's like a one-stop shop for a busy person like me. Another plus point for me was when during my SG-Malaysia travel where I was able to use my card in money withdrawals abroad. Truly BDO find ways.

Ripping customers off

I have lost my total trust in you guys, you guys are ripping customers hard earned money I had to be on a call for 30 minutes just to get half of that amount back just because I was a month late, one of your associates when I called in November lied to be telling me I will be getting this money back, I relied on that info and after a long wait just to know she lied in my face I only get half the amount back, thus is not fair, ripping your customers hard earned money. In the end it's not about money, it's about trust which you lost, I will not be continuing with your services once my card expires....

This bank has the worst customer service in-branch.

This bank has the worst customer service in-branch. The tagline is "We Find Ways" but often they find ways to make banking more difficult. The only good thing about this bank is that the branches are open Monday to Sunday and are located in shopping malls. Online and mobile banking are also very slow.

Customer service level is very good and flexible.

Customer service level is very good and flexible. Bank accepted cheque even they were off line. Didn't make me wait in queue until the system worked again. However queuing time can be up to 45 minutes on weekdays. (St Rosa Branch)
