Worst ever online banking experience

Your online banking is the worst ever! I have to call the bank all the time because it crashes and says my password and answers are incorrect all the time, then it locks it's self ! I know my answers and passwords, I make sure i write them down so I don't have this problem everytime but it happened anyway. I have a life and I'm too busy to call you or go into your branches everytime , I work 50+ hours a week. All I want is it to work! I was just on the phone to them, after waiting half an hour for them to pick up, they reset it and now it's not working again! It's been going on for too long, I'm sick of this now, sort it or I'm changing bank!

Where to start? I find your lack of willing to help customers in need totally incomprehensible. You post nonsense through my door. "We are here to help" you claim! Absolute drivel. After a meeting with your pompous Customer Service Officer, who by the way did little but treat me with contempt, it became clear that in fact you could not, or would not, help me... I'm convinced it's the latter. These bank charges are very lucrative after all, aren't they? After a meeting at another bank, my finances are now in order. Current account switched. All debts consolidated. Head back above water. Now why couldn't you, the bank I've been with 10 years, show me the same grace? I'm glad to see the back of you. Now all I have to do is claim back the charges which I consider you to have unfairly stung me with. I often wonder if any of your staff would urinate on me if I was aflame, to put it politely. Good riddance to you.
