Fair Enough but need to improve in order to maintain the quality level

I have a salary account in AMP Bank since last 5 years and it was a good experience with this bank so far and didn’t face any issues. Customer service is very good and the staff is also amicable. However, there is a need of improvement in online facilities like mobile banking and online banking because their apps are too slow. Overall, I can say that it is good.
