Emirates NBD has plenty of atms and branches so its easy to withdraw or deposit cash. However, the branch can take alot of time and the call center is not helpful. Their customer service is lacking and the staff do not have answers to questions, they say they will call back and never do. Also, very hard to get a credit card from them.

Perpetual massive Qs at bank lines and ATM machines. Their information counter can be helpful but who wants to wait 10-20 minutes just to get to an ATM (not to mention counter)?

Their system goes offline almost every week, from a few hours to a day. The staff in all branches that I've been to have all been very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this bank for the way its staff treats its customers - very different from BDO. I wish this bank has the online and mobile banking capabilities of BPI.

This bank has the worst customer service in-branch.

This bank has the worst customer service in-branch. The tagline is "We Find Ways" but often they find ways to make banking more difficult. The only good thing about this bank is that the branches are open Monday to Sunday and are located in shopping malls. Online and mobile banking are also very slow.

There was a recent incident where I left my ATM card in the machine at my bank branch.

There was a recent incident where I left my ATM card in the machine at my bank branch. It happened rather quickly and the next person in line scooped in and managed to withdraw a couple of hundreds before making a speedy exit. I realized this quickly and reported it to the security who then got an officer to record the details. While the officer was polite, I felt rather frustrated and dissatisfied that despite the absence of any remedial efforts yet and with visual evidence from cameras at the ATM machine, he quickly closed off the issue by preempting that the bank nor the police would be able to do much to locate the culprit and that I can wipe off any hope to recover what was taken. Instead, I was told to be less careless the next time and to take this as a lesson.

More counters for OTC transactions

I've been a Landbank Legaspi Branch customer for almost a year now where I am maintaining a savings account. Considering the amount of time of being their customer, I really can't say anything bad about their service especially I find convenience in their online banking. I can monitor my account anytime anywhere. But there's one thing that I want to highlight, I hope they can add up more counters for OTC transactions. Landbank is known for so many clients more specifically in government so i hope they consider adding more counters to cater to us. I usually consumed 1-2 hours of my time during over the counter transactions because of long lines. That's all.
