Dear Robinsons, when you hand out a cheque book on account opening, I expect you that this product is working. Unfortunately, all of my 6 cheques to my business clients bounced because you are one of the very rare breeds in the Philippines that does not link automatically their savings account with the checking account. At least I would have expected a phone call before you processed the cheques as it is a good rule with my other primary banks. Since you did not care I am flagged now and have to pay a penalty of 2000 Pesos per bounced cheque amounting to a total sum of 12,000 Pesos. Not only that, you jeopardized my future credit standing with all other banks just because your did not care.

As a small business we are treated like a retail client with no access to a relationship maanger and no name given by the bank as someone in charge. Its all call center based and very little opportunity to build a relationship. In one case despite 2 letters to bank management we waiting over 6 months for an additional debit card on the company account. It seems SME are not really seen as favourable clients untill they are at least MSE or LSE!

We were a loyal customer for several years and suddenly received a letter from Standard Chartered Bank, Hong Kong informing us that the bank will close our various accounts with them and gave us just 2 month notice to transfer the assets to another bank without providing any reason. Additionally Standard Chartered Bank blocked every singly outward transfer after we received notification and a compliance team approved each single outward remittance only after 1 week. In hindsight we are actually very glad today that we were forced to leave Standard Chartered Bank, Hong Kong since we found another bank here in Hong Kong which provides us with a much superior service (DBS Bank, Hong Kong).

บริษัทใช้บริการของ SCB สาขาสี่แยกท่าเรือ ภูเก็ต โอนเงินมีปัญหาตลอด ไม่อยากสาธยายว่าเรื่องอะไรบ้าง เพราะมีปัญหาตั้งแต่ เจ้าหน้าที่(บางคน) แม้แต่ ผู้จัดการสาขา ก็แทบจะแก้ปัญหาไม่ได้ ควรปรับปรุงอย่างไรดีค่ะ เหนื่อยที่จะต้องติดต่อกับสาขานี้แล้ว น่าเบื่อมากๆ บริการแย่มากๆ ค่ะ My company uses the bank service of SCB Phuket and had a fund transfer problem. The branch officer do not want to explain what happened. They did not bothered to solve the problem and didn't want to help us even after we approached the staff at the bank. It was horrible service.
